I would probably go with the Kawasaki. 3 Year commercial use warranty vs 1 year commercial use for the Briggs. The FS is the same as the FX series for the block, pistons, heads.

HP = (Torque x RPM) / 5252 (torque x angular speed) We normally use 3600 RPM as this is a popular top no-load speed for engines. It usually comes out pretty close to what they used to be rated. For example: For a 9.0 torque engine (900 Series), a HP approximation, using the formula above yields (9.0 x 3600) / 5252 = 6.17.
Install and torque screw (H) to value listed in Section 12 - Engine Specifications. NOTE: Rotate counterweight assembly to check for binding. If binding exists, loosen and retorque screw. Check again for binding. Contrary to what it says, Engine Spec section does not list the torque spec for that bolt.

This is the second B and S motor I have worked on that I can’t find the model, type and code on. I need the torque spec for the head. The only information I have is that it is a 500E Series motor. 5.00 ft lbs gross torque and it’s 140cc. This is per SAE J1940 and it’s 2600 RPM idle speed.
